I recently went down the rabbit hole on this guy. Wow, after watching DAP catch him, I never realized there was so much here. Apparently, he was on the coaching staff of a major American college football program. In addition, DAP's catch of him made it into a law journal article. The gist of the article is that the pred (and others) actions were so bad that they could have resulted in a complete collapse of the college football program under a certain theory of employer liability. imagine a world where the catch ended the college football program? the WHOLE COUNTRY would hate this guy!
