Kidnapping of North Carolina girl thwarted after sex offender crashes in Ohio

A social media scheme led to the abduction of a 12-year-old from NC. She was rescued in Ohio after a crash, and a registered sex offender was arrested.

Found out a couple weeks ago there’s an apartment building near me that holds over a dozen sex offenders inside. Still no word from the city of what they are going to do about these disgusting criminals, I personally don’t want to have children in a neighborhood infested with scum.
